Jr. Hope Squad
-
2024-2025 is our second year to have a Jr. Hope Squad at Fairview. This is a group of 5th grade students nominated by their peers because they are someone the students feel comfortable talking to, and they trust these kids. There are two advisors, Theresa Littlefield (me) and Sierra Lawrence (our CIS - Community in Schools Coordinator). We meet twice a month on Wednesdays from 7:45-8:15 to learn how to be a Hope Squad member with fun and informative lessons.
Events we are participating in this year: City of Sherman Christmas Parade and Hope Week
Things we have done in the past: made and passed out Hope Ropes, passed out Lifesavers, read to classes with the Piner Hope Squad, participated in the Sherman Christmas parade, and made and displayed posters for Hope Week
Congratulations to this year's Jr. Hope Squad Members!
Kellen, Kaleb, Sofia, Atalie, Annabelle, Mika, Adriel, Adalei, Bry'ln, and Ayleen
